Steps to make Lauki Kofta Gravy:
  1. For kofte making take a lauki and peel off the skin and grate it with thin side and now add besan salt and red chilli in it and make a semi solid paste.
  2. Now take a wok and add oil in it and take one spoon full of lauki paste and pour it into the oil and fry it on the medium flame till golden colour and like this cook all the koftas and keep them aside.
  3. Now for curry take the pressure cooker add oil and heat the oil and add the cumin seeds and crackle it and now add ginger garlic paste and saute it on the medium flame till golden colour and now add onion paste and stir it till golden brown colour and then add tomatoes paste and stir it with the onion paste and now add all the spices and cook till when the oil gets separated.
  4. Now add potatoes in to this masala and mix it well and add water and shut the lid of pressure cooker and cook it for 15 minutes.After 1 whistle slow down the flame.
  5. After 15 minutes open the lid and add koftas in it after some time koftas absorb the gravy and finally garnish it with coriander leaves and our lauki kofta gravy is ready to serve with chapatis.
