Steps to make Manchurian with gravy:
  1. Firstly in a large bowl take carrot, cabbage, spring onion and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add chilli sauce and salt. Also add ginger garlic paste, cornflour and maida.mix well.
  3. Now prepare a small size ball. Make all the balls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden.
  4. Drain off the balls and keep aside.
  5. Now in a kadai heat oil and add ginger garlic, chill and spring onion.
  6. Stir fry on high flame then add capsicum and stir fry until it shrinks slightly.
  7. Add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and salt.
  8. Add water and boil on medium flame. Add cornflour slurry and mix well. Continue to boil until the gravy thickens.
  9. Then add Manchurian balls and spring onion.
  10. Serve veg Manchurian as a starter.
