  6. Add 2cups water and let it simmer for a few minutes
  7. Add fresh thyme and sage
  8. Arrange your cuts in a multicooker or a slow cooker or even a pot to cook on a jiko or slow cook on gas anything that you use
  9. Pour the sauce over the beef and set 8hours to slow cook
  10. You can slow cook from 6-10 hours just depends on what you’re using
  11. Serve with any accompaniment you like
