- I lined the cake pan with hashbrown patties.
- I formed mini meatloaves or could be meatballs. Set on on the hashbrown patties
- Set the zucchini slices between the loaves.
- Topped with mixture of creme fraiche & bottled Alfredo sauce
- Topped pan with aluminum foil and bake until meatloaf is thoroughly cooked. I used thermometer until 190 but I am no expert.
- Take off foil & let rest a couple minutes. Great with a simple salad or veggies of choice.
