4. Mix to form a dough. Knead dough for 5 mins.
5. Divide dough into two, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator and allow the dough to rest for 30 mins.
6. While dough it’s resting, we will make our fillings. Wash mackerel fish and put in pot, add water, seasoning cube and chili flakes and cook for 10 mins.
7. Once fish is cooked, debone and flake fish
8. Add oil in a pan, add onions and scotch bonnet. Sauté for 3 mins.
9. Add flaked fish, seasoning cube and stir for 5 mins. Then turn off heat and allow to cool
10. Get your dough and knead for 1 minute then divide dough into pieces. Roll it out
11. Use a square object to cut it. You can cut it to your desired choice
12. Then add in filling, cover and use a fork to press edges. Arrange on a baking tray, egg wash and bake in a pre heated oven for 25 mins. Enjoy😋
