  1. Make ready 1 whole chicken (clean & washed)
  2. Get 4-5 tbsp hung curd
  3. Get 1 tsp each : Red chilli, Dhaniya,haldi, garam masala powder

  5. Make ready 2 Juice of lemons
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Prepare Pinch edible red colour
  8. Get 1 tbsp schezwan paste
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make Whole Chicken Tandoori:
  1. Clean & wash chicken.. !!
  2. (Except chicken) Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl to smooth paste.
  3. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for atleast 12 hours.
  4. Grease a baking tray & Bake in a pre-heated oven on 180c for 20 mints or until done. Brush with butter on both sides while baking to keep moisture intact.
  5. When done serve hot. Sprinkle some chat masala on top.
