- Prepare 1 cup shreded Cabbage
- Prepare 1 Carrots
- Make ready 1/2 Cauliflower
- Take 1 Capsicum

- Prepare as needed Tomato sauce

Instructions to make Manchurian:
- Mix shredded cabbage, capsicum, carrot and cauliflower,
- Squeeze them and keep the juice aside
- Mix all purpose flour and salt in vegetables and make small balls
- Deep fry the balls
- Heat one teaspoon oil in a pan, add garlic paste, finely chopped onion, saute it for a minute
- Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce,a little bit of salt
- Mix 1 teaspoon corn flour in the juice of vegetables. Pour it to the pan,add Manchurian powder
- Stir it for two or three minutes if you find it thik then you can add some water, add balls
- Finally it is ready to serve,
