  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Take a bowl add plain flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add water to make a batter.
  3. Now take the cauliflower and coat it with the batter. And deep fry. Keep it aside.
  4. For the gravy. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil, once heated add chilli ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds. Add all the chopped vegetables. Sauté fore few seconds in high flame.
  5. Now add red chilli sauce soy sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  6. Add 2 cups water, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Boil for 1 min
  7. Reduce the heat of the pan. Now take a new bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour and 1/4 cup water to make a mixture. Slowly add into the pan to create the thickness of the gravy. Mix well
  8. Now add the fried cauliflower and garnish with the green parts of the spring onions. Your gobi manchurian is ready enjoy with your fried rice or naan.
