- Take a kadai put cummin seeds in it and garlic, onion, bell pepper, cabbage (both), saute them for 5 min.
- Then add salt, black pepper, chunky chat masala. As per taste. Then add fried cauliflower (gobhi) in it and cook it for 5 min
- Then add red chilli sauce, Green chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup (2tbs spoon each). Saute for 3 minutes
