  1. Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and mix some salt in this Cauliflower and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes. Now move the water from this cauliflower with the use of hands.
  2. After soaking the water from the cauliflower mixture, add chopped onion,1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 tbsp refined flour and 1 tbsp rice flour in this mixture and mix it well.now add 1 tablespoon of garam masala,half tablespoon that chili, 1 tbsp ginger paste and half tablespoon of soya sauce and mix it well.
  3. Now make the small balls of this paste to fry it in the pan. add some cooking oil in the prior Pan and heat this balls at medium flame so that they can fry from outer as well as from inner side properly. We have to try till it becomes brown.
  4. To make chutney for what is manchurian balls cut red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum,green onion, green chilli and garlic into small parts. We have to cut green and white part of green and in separately.
  5. Now take fry Pan and put some cooking oil in it first of all put some chop garlic and then put green capsicum yellow capsicum and red capsicum some part of green onion some part of white white onion into the fry pan and heated on medium flame.
  6. Now put some red chilli salt as per taste some garam masala into mixture and some part of water into the fry pan to make the chutney little liquid. Heat the mixture for sometime and now add the fried manchurian balls in to chutney and mix it well.
  7. The manchurian is ready solve it in the plate along with the chutney we can use some green part of onion and green chilli for its garnish.
