- Fry minced garlic in butter/olive oil then add Shrimps- fry for 2 min on each side till it gets this orangey nice color.
- Remove shrimps and in same saucepan add some olive oil then add white flour.. stir for few minutes- donβt let it get darker.
- Add milk +/- pasta water to flour and mix well.
- Add double cream + cream cheese + salt+ pepper.
- Optional step if you prefer it more cheesy like me: add grated cheddar/ Parmesan.
- Add shrimps to sauce and leave on stove for 5 min.
- Add cooked pasta and stir.
