- At first wash chicken leg pieces put cuts over it now take a bowl add 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp kachri powder, 1.5tsp tikka Masala,1/2tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp garam Masala powder, to taste salt, 1/4tsp Paprika powder, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1cup yougert, 1/2cup fresh cream and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste mix and marinate for 30 mints
- Now add 1/3cup of oil then put marinated chicken legs pieces and then heat it on low flame until tenderize.. It will take almost 15 mints
- Now add coal smoke for 5 mints then serve with chutney onions and parhata..
