- At first peel the Pointed guards & divided them. Lil bit boiled for 2-3 minutes.
- Collect the seeds and mashed it with potato & mustard paste. Stuffed it into Pointed guards. Sealed them with gramflour paste & fried them.
- Gravy :- Heat a woke with oil. Put all the paste & powder of spices together without Cashew nut & mustard paste. Cooked it for 2-3 minutes. When oil came out from thz…..then added mustard and cashew nuts paste….& Lil bit hot water. Again cooked for 3-4 minutes.
- Placed the Pointed guards into serving dish & poured the gravy.
