- First take a blending jar and add rice and half cup of curd and grind it. Not grind too much.
- Other side take a bowl and add suji and remaining curd in it mix well. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Now add rice mixture in it and mix well.
- Add all the veggies onion, green chilli,ginger paste, coriander leaves and salt mix with your hand.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When oil is medium hot that time take a rice mixture and add baking soda and mix well.
- Now grease your hand with water and take little mixture on your hand, and make a hole with your thumb center of the ball. And give it a shape like medu vada.
- Follow this steps and fry this vada in medium flame.
- When it comes to golden brown in colour remove it in tissue paper.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
