- Take the flour in a pot put 2tbsp of oil and salt. Need it softly. Keep for 10 mins.
- Make small round chapatis and add the mixture of cabbage and capsicum in one and noodles in another. Give it the shape you like.
- Heat the idli pan by adding water. Grease the idli container with little oil and put the momos in it.
- Put these containers in idli pan and steam for about 10 mins. Remove it and enjoy with sauce and schezwan chutney.
