- Sprinkle half cheese then half pepperoni. Leave two inch border. (Any veggies can be added here too)
- Repeat.
- Cut long edges every one inch, like fringe.
- Fold over two short edges over toppings.
- Criss cross folding fringe back and forth (openings allow steam to escape without causing a blow out).
- Beat egg and brush over stromboli. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parm.
- Bake for 25- 30 minutes.
- Heat sauce to dip stromboli in. (Every time I put it in the stromboli it gets a mushy bottom :(
