1. Take Boiled and mashed potatoes, mini capsicum onion and garlic pcs, butter, cheese, herbs, coriander leaves cut into small portions, buns, salt, pepper p, Chaat masala, red chilli p, grated paneer

1. In a bowl add mashed potatoes grated paneer salt, red chilli p, pepper p, Chaat masala and bread crumbs. Make small balls and fry until golden brown.
2. In the buns make round holes such that the middle of it comes out without much difficulty. The insertion should be such that the round balls can be easily placed within.
3. In frying pan/bowl add mini pcs of garlic,capsicum and onion. Saute the three in little refine oil add pinch of salt, black pepper p, and herbs.Put off the flame and add 2tblspn butter. Mix well and place it on the round edges of bread and little bit inside the breads. Now place the chatpata balls inside. Top with any pasta pizza base readymade or homemade. Garnish with cheese and bake in a microwave or on a skillet for 5-7 mins at 150 degree. Garnish with coriander leaves.
4. Note: Apply the butter mix on all edges and sides of the bread such that the flavour of the mix is there in every single bite. Yummy but s r ready to serve….
