- In a pan add butter and a spoon of olive oil and add crushed garlic and saute. Then add veggies and saute for 4-5 mins on high flame.Add oregano, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and mix well.Add salt to taste. Add less as cheese also has salt.
- Add grated cheese and add poha and mix everything well.
