  1. Heat a pan add onion paste.
  2. Cook by stirring continuously on low medium flame.Occasionally sprinkle some water to avoid sticking to the pan and cook until mild brown.
  3. Add tomato puree and keep stirring.
  4. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and mix until the raw smell goes away.
  5. Add salt, turmeric powder and cumin powder.
  6. Add kashmiri red chilli powder and 1 tbsp water and mix well.
  7. Add boiled green peas and boiled potato cubes.
  8. Add 1 and 1/2 cup water. When it starts to boil, add paneer cubes and cook on low-medium flame.
  9. When the gravy is thickened add sugar, garam masala powder a Mix and chopped coriander leaves turn off the flame.
  10. Serve with hot steamed rice, roti or parathas.
