- Boil the milk on slow flame till it reduces. keep stirring constantly.Add 3/4 tablespoons of sugar and let it boil again.
- Now add the soaked saffron and keep stirring..Grind the Almonds and pistachios to a fine paste and add to the milk
- Now keep stirring constantly as it may stick to the bottom of the vessel.. This step is very important.Let it reduce to a thick consistency..Switch off the gas let the mixture cool..take two tablespoons of fresh cream and whisk it for 5/10 mins and now add to the cooled milk
- Take the pulp of the mangoes.Take a mixer jar add the pulp And the cooled milk and just pulse it one or twice so that the milk and pulp mix well
- Now ready to go in Kulfi molds. Keep in the freezer for almost 8 hours..Mango kulfi is ready to serve..Serve chilled š
