- Add capsicum and pineapple,
- After 2 mints add remaining soy sauce,chilli flakes, salt, pineapple tang, chicken stock and remaining cornflour dissolve in water,
- Stir to mix and simmer,
- Lastly add spring onions.
- Serve hot with fried rice or garlic rice
