  7. carmelize onion with sprinkle of olive oil
  8. lightly brown bacon
  9. poor creme freiche onto pizza dough. spread evenly.
  10. season creme with 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp nutmeg
  11. top with onion and bacon
  12. preheat oven to 450°F
  13. cook in oven for 15 minute or until edge of dough is browned.
