Combine with sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Place red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers in a large saucepan over high heat.

- Mix agar agar powder in some water. Mix well and keep aside.
- Take water, sugar in a sauce pan, heat till it comes to a boil and sugar melts. Next add salt, black salt, black peper powder and mix well.

- Now take it off the heat and add in lemon juice and rosted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- Add some mint leaves. pour this in mould. When it cools down a bit. set in fridge for 1 hour.
- Unmould and enjoy.
