- For toast the bread slices :-add 2-3 tsp olive oil in a pan and add bread slices. Toast the bread slices until lightly golden brown both sides. (Use a non-stick pan for this, or you can toast them in the oven.)
- Now remove from the pan.Place in a plate.Add grated garlic every slice of bread. Top each slice with the marinated tomatoes and Mozzarella.
- Add a light drizzle of a bit more of the olive oil and add basil on top. Enjoy immediately while the bread is still slightly warm.
