I used chocolate curls to decorate my black and white cake. So how did I make them? Not making this black and white chocolate cake is also a travesty. So why not kill two birds with one stone and make this cake this weekend?
Steps to make Black and white chocolate cake:
- Beat the butter in room temperature. Add sugar and beat again till pale white and yellow.
- Now add curd and mix.Then add condensed milk on it and beat.
- .Add milk.Now add all dry ingredients at a time.and just mix with spatula.
- Bake for 30 min.in 170°C in pre heated oven.Cool it and cut in sections
- Now make a black frosting for cake.
- Beat the chilled butter until soft.Then add chilled condensed milk on it and beat for mixing only.
- Now add whip cream and beat until peaks.for more stiffness you can add dark chocolate after melting. Now add black coca powder and best well.
- Beat till stiff peaks and keep in the fridge.Take a small quantity for doing the icing.
- Now do the icing layers of black colour finaly.
- Then garnish with white chocolate drip,roses.Make a flower with N1 nozzle amd add sugar balls to look more delicious.
