  1. Take fresh tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Take all tadka spices.
  2. Put mustard oil in a pan.
  3. Heat the oil.
  4. Put curry leaves and whole red chilli in a oil saute a minute add all ingredients in a oil and saute a minute.
  5. Add tomatoes let it cook till few minutes then add salt and chilli powder mix well and cook till tender and soft.
  6. Lastly add jaggery or sugar as your choice cook for 5 mimutes let it cover with lid.
  7. After 5 minute will check the chutney.serve with roti,paratha I hope injoyed the recipe.
