5. After cooling prepare sugar syrup. Then whisk the whipping cream to just little half done. We want to prepare ganche
6. Take 2cups chocolate 🍫 microwave it for 30 sec and melt it add this cream half done keep it aside 10 min and mix then keep in fridge to get thick. After this beat it a ittls or mix it and apply layer by layer on the cakes… It's ready.. Use your imagination to decorate
