  2. Take semolina

  1. Make a batter with slightly roasted semolina along with water & curd
  2. Add boiled quinoa to this batter & mix well. Adjust the consistency by adding little water at a time.
  3. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  4. After that season it with salt & kitchen king masala (if u dont have this handy you can use pav bhaji masala or just red chilli powder & garam masala)
  5. Add finely chopped veggies to it & give it a good mix. Lastly add eno/baking soda for instant fermentation.
  6. Heat up the appe/paniyaram pan with little oil & mustard seeds.
  7. Add the batter into cavities of pan & cover & cook from both sides for about 5-7 minutes. & they are ready to be served. Enjoy 🤗
