- Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. (I have added potatoes to the side of the chicken.(optional)). After 45 minutes remove the chicken from oven. Remove the aluminium foil and spoon the juice from the tray on to the chicken. Flip the chicken.
- Cover with the aluminium foil again. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 45 minutes again.
- Now remove the chicken from oven, Remove the aluminium foil, spoon the juice over the chicken.
- Increase the temperature of the oven to 220 degree C.
- Place the chicken in the oven with out covering the aluminium foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Take the chicken from the oven. Flip the chicken. Spoon the juice over chicken. Bake for final 20 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from oven and let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Use a knife and cut into pieces.
- Serve with garlic mayonnaise and naan bread.
