- Take Semolina in a mixing bowl add curd. Mix it close the lid and keep a side for and 1/2 hour. So the Semolina can get puffed
- Now add water, green chilli+ ginger paste, cumin seeds, salt, baking soda and mix it well
- Add water and make batter properly. Heat up the appam maker. Grease the all cavity. Pour batter with spoon.
- Close the lid and cook it for 5 mins. Turn and cook it for 5 min more. Take out in plate.
- Make hingwale (asafoetida) water. Take a vessel add water, asafoetida, salt and mix it till salt dissolve. Add all cook Wadas in it. Make all Wadas in same way.
- See the vadas become pluffy and increased it sides. Squeeze it and take out in a plate.
- Make Masala Curd. Take homemade curd in a bowl add water, sugar. Whisk it and make creamy curd. Sugar will dissolve. Add salt, black salt, black pepper. Whisk it and Masala curd is ready.
